The text you type or paste into the WordMetrics editor is processed entirely within your browser using JavaScript. Your text is never sent to our servers. We have no access to the content you analyze. When you close or refresh the page, your text is gone — we don't retain it anywhere.

This means WordMetrics is safe to use with confidential documents, personal writing, business content, or any sensitive text.

3. Cookies & Analytics

WordMetrics may use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Analytics: We may use Google Analytics or a privacy-friendly alternative (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site in aggregate — pages visited, session duration, device types. Analytics data is anonymized and does not personally identify you.
